Asterisk Realty Upcoming Snow Resort Business Seminar

Looking Past Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka for Nature Based Exclusive Experiences

Asterisk will be holding a snow resort seminar on October 9th, inviting snow resort operators to showcase the attractiveness of resort business in Japan. Attendees will be real estate developers, construction companies, luxury service providers, entertainment groups, restaurant/ catering business, travel companies, retail, winter sports affiliated companies, resort companies, hotel management companies, government related ministries, etc.  

In this seminar, we aim to show the success resort companies are having with inbound tourists, and discuss further business opportunities with domestic players in mind. Niseko, Hokkaido is an example of the global recognition of Japanese ski resorts, with HNW overseas travellers outweighing local tourist business. While overseas businesses have noticed and capitalized on these opportunities, Japanese companies have made little progress.

Hotel operators & developers from Niseko and other snow resorts will explain the current market situation and prospects for the future. Asterisk will propose ideas in the fields of accommodation, culture, entertainment, education, medical care, fashions, cosmetology, transportation for the incoming HNW tourists demands.

The idea would be initial model of all non-gaming contents of next generation integrated resorts in Japan, and expected to create enormous synergy in real estate and hospitality developments in Japan.
